Tuition & Fees Policy
ASME collects tuition in advance for your choice of Monthly or Quarterly term payments and strictly enforces a no refund policy.
Tuition may be paid in two ways:
| Monthly Tuition | Available only by pre-authorized automatic charge to a MasterCard or Visa account. The account is initially charged upon enrollment and then automatically charged on the first day of each month for that month's tuition. Please keep us updated with any changes to your charge information. |
| Quarterly Tuition | Quarterly payments are made by check, money order, or automatic charge to a MasterCard or Visa account. Payments are due in the ASME office upon enrollment and by the last day of November and February. |
A registration fee of $20.00 per student is due upon enrollment and applies for continuous enrollment through the school year (September - August).
NSF Fee is $25.00: Should more than one check be returned, all future payments must be made by money order or cashier's check.
We do not accept cash and teachers do not collect payment.
Do not leave payments at school. ASME is not responsible for payments left at your school.
To withdraw a child from classes a Parent/Guardian must contact the ASME office. Remember, tuition is prepaid and non-refundable. Therefore to stop tuition billing, you must contact us prior to the beginning of the billing cycle.
