Secure Online Enrollment and Tuition Payment Form to enroll your child in a class and make payment by credit card.
Pre-Enrollment Only
Use the Secure Online Pre-Enrollment Only Form to pre-register your child for a class. Contact ASME for payment arrangement in order for your child to attend class.
Faxing your Credit Card Information
Use the Credit Card Authorization Form to fax your credit card payment to ASME if you do not wish to pay online. The Credit Card Authorization Form requires Adobe® Reader®. Click on the image below to download and follow related instructions.
